I love doing radio. Today, I’m the co-host of Ron James’s new show Wine & Dine San Diego Radio, which airs Saturdays from 1 to 2 p.m. on KFSD, 1450 AM. Our guests so far have included chefs Jeff Rossman (Terra and Bunz), Hanis Cavin (Carnitas Snack Shack), Paul McCabe (Delicias), and Miguel Valdez (The Red Door and The Wellington), along with a variety of guests talking about upcoming events. David Nelson handles restaurant reviews and I’m looking forward to my former colleague Robert Whitley joining us to talk wine. For a wonderful period of time I was the co-host of the weekly online radio show, San Diego Gourmet, with Robert Whitley and Maureen Clancy. The show is still available on podcast at signonradio.com. Our guests included the top chefs in San Diego and beyond, as well as cookbook authors and other interesting people in the food world.
